Baptism Sunday

The ultimate testimony of our faith in Christ the new life found in Him is the sacrament of baptism. Join us on Sunday, November 10th, as we celebrate Baptism Sunday! If you’re interested in being baptized, reach out to Pastor Derrick or simply show up on the 20th.  

Community Thanksgiving Service

This year’s community Thanksgiving Service will be held Sunday, November 24th at 7:00 PM at the Prairie View Church of God with Pastor Jeremy Nelson bringing the message. 

Thanksgiving Offering

Every year we sacrificially give a Thanksgiving Offering to the World Evangelism Fund (WEF). The purpose of this fund is to sustain valuable ministries through consistent mission funding. The WEF provides the money and mission network that all Nazarene ministries need. Your gifts create and sustain ministries and make it possible to bring Christ’s transformational message of hope and salvation to the world through the Church of the Nazarene. 

Our Annual Thanksgiving Offering will be held on Sunday, November 24th. This year, our goal is to raise $500 for global missions. You can help by making a one time donation or by committing to Faith Promise giving. Faith Promise is a way to give weekly or monthly with the expectation and anticipation that God will provide your needs.

Christmas Program

We’re gearing up for the annual Children’s Christmas Program. As such, every Sunday until December 15th, the children will be dismissed during the morning message to practice. The Children’s Christmas Program will take place during the morning worship service on Sunday, December 15th.

Fellowship Snacks

People loving getting together for coffee and donuts, and many relationships have been built upon that foundation. If you’re interested in helping make that happen, please consider bringing snacks for Fellowship Time on Sunday mornings. A sign-up sheet can be found in the kitchen.

Healthy Church Cohort

We, as a church, have an incredible opportunity. In an effort to empower churches to thrive as healthy, vibrant, impactful, and missional faith communities, the Prairie Lakes District has invited us to be a part of the Healthy Church Cohort. This 10-month cohort will be focused on church outreach, worship service planning, and engaging new members and the next generation.
